Our first Lego-Film. We planned a very short journey into a typical zombie-film situation. Therefore we tried a combination of lego elements and real elements like the castle walls to make it look like those trashy anciened b-movies that were filmed long time ago.

This is my winning entry for the 10 brick animation competition and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I hope you enjoy watching it.

“Aufwachen” is german for “Wake up”.
It’s a short movie about a nightmare and my first brickfilm at all. The desert landscape was created in Cinema4D.

Four kids on their way to grandma’s house have an unfortunate accident. While looking for help, things only get worse.

An arctic expedition team finds a strange thing in the ice. They bring the thing back to their headquarters an accidently thaw it out. Now it’s lose in the compound and no one knows who is friend or foe.
