Another school project, this time for English class. We were assigned to choose a scene from Shakespeare's Macbeth, and recreate it in a style of our choosing. I chose the final scene, and recreate it using The Matrix. I didn't quite finish the whole thing, but I filmed enough to be able to compile something together. Plus, it was very well-recieved at my school's Exhibition night, even with it being partially incomplete.

This film could easily be mistaken for a Matrix spoof, but is very clever in that it is actually some scenes from Macbeth. Technical aspects are very good, including smooth animation and great sets. If you like Shakespeare (or the Matrix!) then you might want to take a look at this!
MacBeth meets the Matrix recreated in LEGO: an interesting concept pulled off effectively but not without it's flaws. The fight scenes are insanely impressive, and everything works: the motion, the physics, the sound effects. Voice acting captures Neo and the Agents perfectly. The jarring downside to this film is it's incompleteness. Black slides with lenghy apollogies harshly interrupts the final fight, and ruins the mood of the film. I personally would have preferred seeing the incomplete film with not apollogetic slides. Still, you do not want to miss this film.
