The Curse of Toot-Un Com Onn may technically end half-way through the film's running time, but that's when the real fun starts. The greatest aspect of this cleverly-constructed movie lies in its premise that you're watching just that - a real movie with special features and everything! Although I must confess that at the heart of the film (or what I consider the 'film within the film'), there is little actual substance in terms of story or jokes beyond those relating to the name of Toot-Un Com Onn himself, the mummy; regardless, the funkiness and enjoyability of the rest of the film does its creators credit. The film's unique factor may have contributed to its being slightly overlooked during the FIG contest (at least in this reviewer's opinion), but do NOT let that make you overlook it! Simply put, if you like a gimmicky but hilariously fun premise, and don't mind fart jokes as much as I do, then sit down and have yourself a laugh!
