I have a geocities website and I don’t know how to put the vids on my computer onto the website. Do I upload it? 😕

Upload it to Brickshelf.com, but first read Bluntmans Brickshelf Tutorial on the Resources page.

Just keep in mind that the last time I checked, Geocities has a pretty limited bandwidth restriction, they also may not allow some filetypes.. in english:

1 – they may not allow you to upload avi, mpg, rm files (not sure)

2 – people may complain about not being able to download them because “bandwidth limits may be exceeded” (I see this all the time)

Your probably better off uploading it to brickshelf and then just linking to it from your geocities site.

Yeah, I use geocities and dont bother with the uploading of anything other than pics and html’s. Depending on the modem you have it will never load. Just a quick tip I figured ide give out.
