Very nice Ladon, the background works well.
The poster for my latest film…. made in about 30 minutes….. I am aware that the text does not “pop” in the traditional way one might want to for a poster, but i didnt want it to take away from the images behind it, and the message that the film has…. i think the simplicity works….. there is a link to the film in my sig if anyone is so…[Read more]
That painter guy is dead I think. I remember watching him on pbs one time
Do you mean Bob Ross?
Also making the image softer if it’s taking place outdoors, doesn’t really look right.
What if the suns behind a clowd?
I too would like to know more about how exactly you softened that second shot, it looks beautiful!
Well then you really have no alternative, unfortunately mailing envelopes with small amounts of cash around the world is rather irrational. In some instances the cost of mailing the money might be as much as the item itself. PayPal is the best way to do something like this, its safe, secure, plus the only person who ever gets your credit card…
Here’s the problem: Not a lot of adults are willing to spend their free time moving around little plastic figures. Think about it. How many adults could you talk into doing that? Yeah. It’s kind of a hobby that appeals more to teenagers. Not that there aren’t adult brickfilmers – there are some great ones – but there aren’t exactly a lot.…
Wondering what the round thing is… the thing that’s between the set and the monitor… a mini-screen?
Here we go again. This question has been asked before…i could go through ton and tons of pages of topics looking for the thread. It was the one were Jeorge was showing his studio, i remember that. Or…i could just let Blunty answer that…[Read more]

the lack of sound was at the beggining had me fiddling around with my speakers, but thats okay.
Well not bad for a weeks work. I am not sure what would be different if you had had more time. (Just length i am thinking) A intnersting short that deals with the age old problem of cleaning your room and obeying your parents. Good Job
Blunty what software is that in the backround?
Wow a very good film. I had high expectations when i was downloading the film and your film meet those expectations. The cinematrography was wounderfull. The music was very good. I wouldent go so far as to call your film a music video because it tells a story, a good one at that. A simple concept with good animation and music all in all i give it…[Read more]
You seem to be more organized than the rest, Jeremy!
I pride my self in finding any lego part in seconds. When i am done with that part i put it back were it goes. Unlike all of you people who seam to just throw your legos in an ever growing pile.
Blunty: I think perhaps you better rethink your sig. your “rehab” isn’t going too well.
Ok here are a few more recent pictures of my legos and studio:

My Dimmer box:

Behold! The minifig drawer!
WOW Thats alot of mini figs!!!!
That’s a great idea, Jeremy. I think I’ll steal it.
Just need to add some incremental dials around the knobs now so one can track the positions as precisely as possible
If you want to get more precise you can buy the switches that (cant think of the name) that you push the little slide thing up and down. But in the future i may…[Read more]
As promessed here is a picture of my dimmer box: (sorry about the size)
If a red X aperars that is because it is a deep link. Any way this is my new dimmer box that i built with my dad. Each set of sockets are controlled by one of the spinney noobs. I have done some tests with it and i love not having to change light bulbs. Tell me what you think.
Here is a pic of my studio (sorry about the size)
I have a new animating tool that me and my dad built. (not shown here) It is a dimmer box. It has two sets of outlets and two turn nobs. When you plug a light into the plug and turn the noob the light dims. i have done a few tests with it and i must say that it is great to not have to change…[Read more]
