Hey all, Im new to the forums and to brick films but ive been an avid lego builder/collector since i was a kid.

Anyway, ive recently started practicing with Stop Motion Pro and now im looking for some good software for adding effects like explosions, fire, smoke, laser beams and stuff like that, as well as transitions and the like. Also where to find a good selection of pre made effects? I dont want it to be super expensive but i would like to have more flexibility than the options they have in ikitmovie for example.

Thanks for reading!

Welcome to the forums!!

You can add effects using Adobe After Effects, it has pre-made effects :)

Well, try getting effects from free-video-footage.com.

Adobe after effects is a great place to start :-)
