In the linked page with details I’ve mentioned “400×300 (or simlar allowed by codec)”. It is only suggestion not condition. Of course if camera can grab only 320×240 it should stay as is. 400×300 it is for Internet download and review (I’d like to see something not only imagine ). I thought rather about downstreaming (720×480/576, 640×480 to 400×300) than up (320×240 -> 400×300). As a bottom line it is only (underlined) suggestion. Please note to prepare also movie in its native resolution, though.

Redmurunga: in the credits at the end you can write (almost) what you want. 5-10 sec is enough (vs. 30 sec of contents).
