You can try MonkeyJam and Avidemux. They’re both free. DragonFrame and StopMotionPro are some of the known high-end ones.

No problem. You can also find a list of programs in the Resources section. I hope you would find it useful.

I know it’s a bit early but I’m curious if you’ve taken a step up from movie maker. Have you tried out other software?

As weird as it may sound, Windows Live Movie Maker works well. Just add all the images in and set them to .10 seconds for the pictures (10 FPS). Music and sound effects can be added easily since it will be by frame

I know I’m biased but Qik Photo Animator is cheap and has some high-end features – plus it’s easy to use.

Helium Frog – http://heliumfrog.com/heliumfrogindex.html – is free, and has some good features.

If you are looking for something expensive, but still worth themoney, try iKitMovie. But if you are just looking for something free, get AnimatorDV. :)

Might want to try “Frames”. It can incorporate drawing with stop motion. About $100 but has a 30 free trial. Also sound effects can be added.
