Nice comp, might want to fix the typo though…
Ack! I hope you meant advise/advice, cause that’s what I found. It is uncool to say “there’s a typo” in a page-long document and then give no hint as to where it is.
are multiple entries from the same director allowed?
Originally I thought it would be OK, but upon further reflection I think it’s not OK. I’ve changed the rules accordingly.
How about using multiple proverbs in the same entry?
If they’re directly related to each other that would be OK. If they’re unrelated it would make the film seem disjointed instead of being a single, wisdom bestowing thought. “Brush your teeth twice a day” and “the early bird gets the worm” are both very useful bits of wisdom, but putting them together in the same film wouldn’t make sense.
A short poem would be OK too, so long as it was making one important point. A meaningful haiku might be a good route, though if I remember correctly, haiku’s are more descriptive than instructive.

I believe I am eligible since I wasn’t given any information on this contest before it was announced publicly. Looks like Custodial Pictures will be doing this one solo, though.
