Too bad the American (and perhaps the entire world) Public is stupid enough to believe him.

Too bad you’re too stubborn to be open to questions of your belief.

Actually I’ve answered (or at least attempted) questions too many times in the past. It would do you better if you digged the answers yourself and not make yourself look like a lazy debater.

And besides, I know the only reason why you people ask such pathetic questions is because the questions are set like Catch-22. It’s like the ridiculous “can God make a stone that he couldn’t carry” questions meant to stump people. Lately I’ve been avoiding your questions because they are too degrading and idiotic for me to answer. Ask me a legit question and maybe I’ll provide a reasonable response.

Ladon, stop with the “I’m Atheist. I must me mind-numbingly intelligent” arrogance. Nobody gives a poo that you’re atheist, and dont’ think that you’re superior just because of that fact. Most atheists I know are too stupid and ignorant to engage in an actual conversation with.

Now stop sabotaging my thread with your irrelevant crap

    About James Cameron:
I’ve heard interviews from him when he indicated that he didn’t intend to undermine christianity… which is kind of ridiculous, because with his finding he’s basically hollering his claim that Jesus was not divine. Wow… is this really the same guy who was the brilliant and intelligent director of Titanic?

I think he’s just there for the extra bucks.

Um… Wow, that post made no sense.

Also, because this isn’t in the Lively Discussion Forum, don’t expect anyone to actually debate it with you.

I might see this. I watched some dvd about ‘Cracking the Da Vinci Code’ that didn’t come to any conclusions, so it would be nice to see something that actually makes a point.

“The Article” wrote: …there are more than 900 buried tombs just like the “Jesus” tomb within a 2-mile radius of Talpiyot. Of them, 71 bear the name Jesus and two Jesus, son of Joseph. …. At the time, Jesus was a very common name, as was Mary. But the cluster of all those names together, Jesus, Joseph Mary, not to mention what the filmmakers claim is Jesus’ son, Judah, son of Jesus, is indeed unusual. Simply because the tomb is labeled a tomb that “belonged to a Jesus, doesn’t make it the tomb of Jesus Christ,” Kloner told ABC News.

I know a lot of Latinos named Jesus. Go to any South American cementary and you will find heaps of such graves.

I think the more unusual thing is the names that were found along with him. It may just be an interesting coincidence, but having Jesus, Mary, Mary, Joseph, and Judas son of Jesus all in one room is quite a strange find. Tim seems to have left that part out.

Wow, there goes what respect I had for you, Tim. I think the rule “what goes on in LDF stays in LDF” was just flung over a fence and mutilated. Your post was better off before you decided to edit it in a true Timboh56 fashion.

You have a lot to learn, Tim.

I believe it was you who started the slight quarrel here sir. Whether Tim egged it on or not you sparked it with that.

I did no such thing. This topic should not have been outside of the LDF with the wording that Tim used.

All I did was respond to a hatefully discriminatory comment that Tim made in a community forum.

I suggest that the moderators move this potentially inflamatory topic to their forum, and we continue any discussion on this topic in the thread provided in the LDF.

    …uh, what?

Anyway, Kyle is right. Ladon, your first post was a blatant attack towards Tim. Whether Tim egged you on or not, you still attacked him.

That makes three people in this thread I have lost total respect for.

It wasn’t an attack, it was a response to his statement that the entire world was in fact stupider than him. I happen to know otherwise, and so I informed him of such.

I view Tim’s first post as an attack on anyone who doesn’t hold the same opinion as him, which means that it was an attack on me.

Tim then responded to that with a second hateful and discriminatory comment directed at me, after I had simply informed him that his opinion wasn’t the only one.
