I wrote Carentan 2 and even built a set for it. But I decided I didn’t have the software or the skill at the time to do what I wanted, also the first one didn’t really turn out like I wanted, and I didn’t want the second one to go the same way, so its been trashed so to speak.

I’ve filmed Blade, did all of it, got the finished product, but didn’t release it, because it didn’t really improve from my other films (stupid, but i just didn’t want to keep going with the same level, i want to show improvements that ive made).

So for the last 5 months I’ve been working on a very large project based on the Lord of the Rings, its one event that happens, but I don’t think I should say what it is, in case I put any one else doing the same thing.

Im planning on working on this LOTR film for the rest of the year, because I really want it to be big (and good, obviously).

ill just post it here, so other people can know for future WW2 films. The helmets were construction hard hats painted green, and torso and legs were just green. I stuck back packs on a couple of them.

The rifles were muskets, with the front squashed and painted black, but you might not want to do this, because you can’t get the musket back.

Its the 101st airborne mainly, its based on an episode from “Band of Brothers”.
