Yeah, I’m running for MoSI! Yay!

What experience do I have relating to my desired ministry?
I have TONS of PHP/HTML/MySQL/JavaScript/CSS knowledge. I understand stuff that Schlaeps has done on the site, and will be able to maintain it if elected.

How much time would I be able to spend performing my duties as Minister of Site Infrastructure?
Whenever I have free time, I’m usually doing coding. Web Development is my passion, so I’d be able to devote a lot of time to this.

What are my ideas to expand or improve the Ministry?
I’ll maintain the site, maintain Schlaeps projects, including the chat, and bring in new features. I like Schlaeps’ Script idea, and I would like to be able to expand on that. I currently don’t have access to it, so I can’t really tell what I want to change, but I will try to integrate people’s ideas.

What unique character qualities would I be able to contribute to the Ministry?
I understand Schlaeps’ code, and I know what he was trying to accomplish.

What is my motivation for running for Minister of MoSI?
We need someone responsible to be able to fill in this position.

The bar seems pretty low at the moment, so seeing as you haven’t destroyed or spammed any community’s into oblivion, you get my vote. :)

    I have a few questions:

As I asked you in the chat, would you be able to ask the owners if you could let the minister of film contest be repsoncible to update the events page if you are elected.

And would you be able to ask the owners to put a link to the wiki in the task bar where it shows: News | Films | Community | Patrons | Resources | Events | About and then next to it have Wiki?

So it would look like: News | Films | Community | Patrons | Resources | Events | About | Wiki

Stevie, I am entirely open to that idea. I would love to implement that if the owners allow it.

As for a link to the wiki, I’m not sure. All the links there in the top are actually images, so in adding a link to the top, I would have to create a new set of images for the wiki. This will be hard unless I have the original PSD files to work with.

OK, thanks for answering my questions.

By the way, i believe Jay Silver made those images and might still be able to make another one i he still has the first ones, he is still active here and visits at least once or twice a week, you could ask him.

Didn’t Legosjedi put Aled in power before the 4um debacle?

And what is Schlaep’s script idea?

Oh, so, brian, now you’re trying to put the blame on me? How was I supposed to know that would happen? I was gone on vacation which is why Aled was in charge. I couldn’t do a thing about that until I had gotten back from it. Talk about mudslinging. Now this is real politics.

As for the script, this is it.

And there are several things that I could say about you, but I wont.
