Alright, sorry it took me so long to get this to you guys again. Christmas and stuff, ya’know. I don’t think much testing needs to be done on this, but I just thought I’d run it by you really quickly to see if you pick up anything before I release it tomorrow night (PST). And AOO, if you want you can PM me your vote or I can just not clear it out of the system when I wipe it for tomorrow (after you guys are done). |

Just a few things. I think that it might be better it there was a ‘back’ button for people to go back and choose again, rather than having to refresh the whole page. And there should be some animation for the submit button after the ballot box has moved out and the next one hasn’t moved it. Right now, it just jumps to the the bottom of the next ballot box, instead of moving there with Web 2.0 gracefulness. Another thing. Do you still not do server-side validation? I went through, got the IDs of everyone, chose people who weren’t nominated for other positions, and I still got the “Congrats, your vote has be processed” message. Even though they don’t display on the statistics page, I assume that they are still in the database. And then, when I get that page, the rest of the HTML just stops after that . There’s no or anything like that. It just stops. And I noticed that even though LBJ never got on the official ballot for Minister of Sound, he’s still there on the chart. He’s not available to actually vote for, but he’s still on that chart. Same with Minister of Sound’s chart. The bottom four people didn’t get on the official ballot, and you can’t vote for them, yet they are still on the chart. Okay, other than that, the whole system works fine. Good work! |

The link I got in the pm sent me to the main page of the forums. Not sure if this is just me, because LJ seems to be able to access it. |

Probably because you logged out or were logged out for some reason.
I would love to do that but I’m really crunched for time ATM. I wanted to make this look spectacular, but I think it’ll have to be added later.
Anything you put in won’t be tallied because it basis the final url off of candidate ids not user ids.
Yes, I just fixed that one.
Yeah, I just made a little error in the query selecting the candidates for the watch page. All good now. |

Acccctually I’m going to open the polls now, sorry! I’m leaving for my Uncle’s house and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get to it until later tonight, so I’ll have to open them now. |
