I had a really cool idea! 💡
What if Brickfilms had a contest (Doesn’t matter what kind) that had prizes? 😀
Like, small lego sets. :wink
Before doing the contest, we would ask people what set under $10 that they would like if they won.
The person who places first in the best film category, wins! 😀
3 Reasons why this would be good:
1. It’s cool to win prizes! 😎
2. It would encourage more people to enter.
3. People could use the sets to make more cool films! 😀
So, what do you think of my idea?July 9, 2003 at 6:09 pm #7889

Now, thats hardly fair… even if we had had but 1 emot there would still be spammers who use them way to frequently.
I hope you agree that there are plenty of people out there who use them wisely… and would be sad 😥 if they were taken away.
(This post is an example of the proper use of emoticons)

Ouch… I’ll be in California, with Internet access, but no filmmaking materials. Maybe I will just write the script while I’m there…
Sounds good, and I will have a pretty clear plate by then, I hope.

I live in the Netherlands, and won the Classical Music Contest. The Guarded Inn arrived nicely packaged (box a bit crushed, but in tact), and in fact – the box is on the shelf above my head right now!
Shipment cost will be high, but that’s a problem the organiser should take into account.
Doug had to ship several prizes to Australia…
