   I’m having a little trouble. A while ago I got my lego studios set. Then it didn’t work on my fast XP computer, so I used the old, EXTREMELY slow computer. I got about 3/4 of my movie done, then I got the XP support cd for studios, then the camera didn’t work on that newer computer for some strange reason. And to make matters worse, the old computer doesn’t have internet OR even a CD burner if I wanted to move or show it! So I’v bought myself a good quality web cam and am using the Anasazi program, which is also having problems(when you press the button to show the previous frame at the same time as the present one, it locks up and I lose it all. I know it’s not my computer because it’s brand new and this is the only thing that gives it problems. If you have any suggestions, they will be much appreciated. Thanx!

I think you need to refresh! Unistall all the lego studio set programs and webcams and all the things to do with that off your old and new computer. I don’t know much about XP. But it is based on the old windows such as 98.

Reinstall everything on the new computer. Be very careful to read everything when installing. Thats all really. But if the problem keeps happening again, I suggest you look elsewhere. Also. Check the lego studios box and make sure it says XP. And not 98 only or something like that.

Thats from my view. There will probley be better solutions. But thats all I got!

Hey, guess what? I had the same problem when I first used SMA. I have found out since that to use the onionskinning feature (I assume that is what you mean) one has to change a few settings. In the Capture Options, click Video Format. Under Pixel Depth and Compression select IYUV. Then click OK. Once again in the Capture Options click Compression. Select No Recompression in the drop down menu. Click OK. Click OK to exit the Capture Options box and then try to use the onionskinning feature. You may need to restart SMA before the changes will take effect.
Well, I hope that works. It did for me anyway.
