How do I put on a picture from “My Pictures” as my avatar? I made a cool picture myself and want to use it.

Well BrickLord, I really don’t know if you can. I tried it myself and it doesn’t work. It’s that the URL is only for the internet. So if you want, you can try and posting it on the internet and see if you can upload it yourself. If you need more information, just check out the Tutorials. If you already read it, then theree’s probally nothing else you can do. Sorry.
