I want your meaning! The following pictures and movies are just walk- and lightning tests! The movie, I work on, is in a VERY early postproduction stadium (at this time I am moddeling all the LEGO Bricks, I need!).
I use many “non-LEGO” Stuff in the movie.
And now my question:
Is it to much? Can I use “real – looking – hair” for the mini-figs, and gras, and trees and all these things?
What do you mean? Tell me, and you can influence the Look of this up comming movie.
Ohhh! :woo . Nice CGI! I think realistic trees and grass are OK (but it wouldn’t hurt to have some LEGOish looking trees or somthing. Keep the grass and landscapes though). As for the hair, it probably would be better to have it looking like LEGO.
verrrrrry nice! can’t wait for a real movie in cgi!
I think that is absolutely incredible!
I love the way you covered the base plate with ‘real’ grass, yet left just enough studs showing to reveal that it was in fact a baseplate.
I see nothing at all wrong with what you are doing and I think it will serve to set you apart with your own unique style.
A finished movie using this technique seems very promising- show us more!
that was wonderfull!
I do aggree with shooting bricks
completley! That was wonderful!

Wow! That’s cool! I really like the realistic grass and hair, it really adds a style to what you’re making, and looks great. And by the way, welcome to the boards!
Thanks for your help and your opinion!

I think you need RealPlayer 8!
