I would take my digital camcorder and plenty of tapes and batteries and would go to 000,001,628 (1628) and film the maiden voyage of the Batavia.

After I would return I’ll edit the movie add music, sell the movie to Dreamworks and be a multi miljonair. :P

Then everybody would have to pay tons more money on the already over-priced set.

1748 AD, Year of Our Lord.

I’d meet up with Benjamin Franklin,
steal all his ideas, and patent them.

For those of you who don’t believe in time travel, it is possible. All you have to do is rearange all the molecules, atoms, quarks and tauons (depending on the level of theoretical physics you believe in) in the univers to the exact location and state they were in the time you want to travel to. Sure it’s not easy, but it’s time travel for cryin’ out loud.

Unfortunately, I really doubt there’s any other way to do it.

I read in a science mag that there is a way to travel far into the future in a short time (the catch is that there isn’t a way to go back in time). To travel into the future you have to be going REALLY fast, and according to the magazine the only thing that could whip something fast enough is a black hole. :o

That’s true…except you’d probably destroy the fabric of space-time with you. That’s a big risk just to go back to see the premiere of Racer. ;)

And time travel to the future is easy: Park yourself near a black hole, where time is slowed, wait a few minutes, and hey! You could have passed by a few hours, a few years, or a few millenia, depending on how close to the black hole you get (just don’t get near the event-horizon :) ).

Time can be altered by moving at high speed. But I’ll let you guys read and figure out Einstein yourselves. I don’t feel like explaining it :P

Hmm, if I could go anywhere…if I were to go and kill myself when I was born, I would cease to exist. But, if i ceast to exist, then how would I be able to kill myself? If I were to steal my Lego collection from myself in 2030 (Geez, almost 50, I’ll just steal my Ferarri instead), then, I would possess it right now. then, in the future when I buy it, until it is stolen, I would have two :? So, if we were to go and steal stuff from ourselves, we can have duplicates of thigns. So, why not steal our lego collections from ourselves, and have twice the Legos! And when we steal them from ourselves in the future, we will have the set we stole from ourselves in the past. So, your taking them on loan from yourself, without any loss :o This would also work with money. Get soem money from yourself, put it in a CD or something low risk, and bling bling 8)

But i make them not include the stupid set. Which was pointless.

time can be altered speed wise, as an optical illusion (light-doppler effect), but you’re not going to be able to truly go back in time. Head above the speed of light towards a planet, “time” speeds up, head away, time slows down, then eventually reverses, however you won’t actually be there.

that is what einstein’s stuff states, right?
