‘Scuse the double post. I’m reading through it right now and making notes which I shall post when I’m done. Any IM Badger? |

AIM, I’m not on much though. It’d probably be easier to PM me or tell me to get in the chat if we’re ever on at the same time. |

How close are you two(meaning the Doc and badger) to being done with the script? |

I’m hoping to start rewrites by the end of the month. Right now we’re collecting our thoughts on each other’s parts and deciding what should be changed. EDIT: Doc, I’d appreciate it if you could hurry up. At the rate you’re going, we’ll be finished with the script by the time you read the first draft. |

So I’ve reviewed part uno and here’s what I have to say about it… PAGE 4: “Josh rolls over to look at his assailant… I don’t believe she should be wearing glasses, from what I understand so far (I’m only on page four lol) this is a poverty stricken family living in a medevil-fantasy period. I doubt people such as they would own a pair of glasses, unless I’m missing something… PAGE 5: “Josh, lying in bed, is awoken by the sound of a ROOSTER’S I can’t help but imagin something humorous being added here, like a repeating gag where Josh wakes up in some humorous fashion in response to the rude awakening by the rooster, or have someone throw an object at the rooster through a window and another morning maybe he could catch it and throw it back PAGE 14: With Josh and the soldier’s constant “You’ll find out”, I reckon this should be extended so it continues in a comical fashion as the soldier takes Josh away. PAGE 15: Can we make the King gay(ish) do you reckon? PAGE 18: Dash should slap Josh on the back with “That’s the spirit, kid!”
I really like Dash, I keep envisioning Lord Flash Heart from the Black Adder BBC series and I think he should be modeled off him just without the inuendoes |

[quote="The Doctor"] /quote] hmm, i think we shouldn’t. i think there are enough movies where the king is commical, i think he should be the serious one… imo. -FLIP |

Remember, Doc, we are targeting young kids! That would really hurt the movie even if we were aiming for older kids. My parents wouldn’t allow me to help with this project if we did that. |

Hmm, I thought in his current form he was quite jovial. If you meant homosexual- while I don’t mind having a character in a film that is homosexual, I don’t know if we should do anything that would draw attention away from what the King is saying at this point, as it’s quite important to the rest of the film. Especially so if there is no real purpose behind it, or it doesn’t add to the story. |
