Do you really think that is a good idea, considering that there are most likely going to be some sub-par films? I don’t think that those films should be made into episodes, even if they are entries into a really big contest. Now the winners I think should be made into podcast episodes, but not all at the same time. I think one after the other would be acceptable, starting with the first place winner.
This could also apply to smaller contests, such as THAC, but so save room for other episodes that are not related to contests, I think only the first place winner should be made into a podcast for smaller contests.
But I think that only the best films should be put into the podcast. Even if a film did win a contest, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the film is good enough for the podcast.
For example, look at the Nadine and Charlie contest. The only film that placed in the top three out of both of those contests that I would make into a podcast would be Driven, mostly because of it’s stunning visual effects, set design, and animation. Now, because of copyright issues, that one wouldn’t be eligible for being created into a podcast.
Well, I don’t have any more things to say, except for good luck in the elections.
