Hi. I’m thinking about making a Ninjago brickfilm (actually several if possible), but I don’t know a good way to make the tornados. Does anyone have suggestions? Is there a good way to do it with bricks, or is there an effect that I can download that would be better?
Also, I need tips on how to have the camera moving from side to side, say, following a car driving on the street. Can anyone help me there too?

The only tip i have got for camera movement is:

Keep the action in center of the image. That require onion skinning.

The tornado is able to be made in After Effects, but that’s pretty costly.
