I would like to know if their is a good free phot editing software around on the web that has layers. I would appreciate your help! :(

I haven’t used it myself, but CinePaint is supposed to be good.

How about GIMP for windows?

I’ve never used the Win version but, Linux gimp rocks! It’s just as powerful as Photoshop.

You could look for “WebPainter” if those dont work. Just type it into to Google and download the trail version-which seems to last forever. OR at least it has for me for the past couple years :-o

Photoshop is not free but it is definatly in the top 5 programs. And you can work with as many layers as you want. :)
