    I would like to know if their is a good free phot editing software around on the web that has layers. I would appreciate your help! :(

    I haven’t used it myself, but CinePaint is supposed to be good.

    You could look for “WebPainter” if those dont work. Just type it into to Google and download the trail version-which seems to last forever. OR at least it has for me for the past couple years 😮

    u could try Serif PhotoPlus.
