“Proposition 3″ wrote: 1) There shall be no official, organized political parties at brickfilms.com
2) The political parties forum shall be locked and kept visible for a length of time as decided by the Minister of Discussion
3) The following elections nomination procedure shall supercede the current procedure which requires nomination by parties:
a) A nominations thread shall be started by the appropriate person when an election is announced. (This is unchanged).
b) Eligible persons wishing to run for that position must announce their candidacy in that thread. (This repaces the procedure where an official party spokesperson announces their supported candidate’s nomination).
c) Anyone who supports that candidate may 2nd their self-nomination. No one may second the nomination of more than 1 other person for any election.
d) Any person who announces their intention to run and receives 4 seconds becomes an official candidate and will be placed on the ballot when the election starts.
