This is an initial post, not a finished letter.
We need to:
* Explain the uploading process
* Ask for naming conventions (e.g. start the sounds with their initials)
* Ask for descriptions
* Ask for the preferred type of license (Public Domain, Attribution or a new one)
* Stress the point that the sounds must be original.
Ideally, this will become a complete letter that you copy/paste to the uploaders.

Contributing to the Brickfilms Sound Library.
** All content submitted for contribution must be 100% original. Sounds, samples, remixes or loops containing any copyrighted material will not be accepted.
** All content should be of the highest quality.
** To ensure the quality, all submissions should be in .WAV or .AIF format.
** Filenames should not contain spaces. Filenames should start with the initials of the user submitting the file (i.e. “jdl_bigexplosion.aif”)
** The audio files, plus a plain text file containing descriptions and other information about the audio files, should be ZIP’d into one compressed file. Specify your preferred license type (public domain or attribution)
** Send a Private Message (PM) to a sound library curator requesting temporary upload priveleges.
** Once you have been granted access, go to **** and upload the files to the Brickfilms server.
** If accepted, the sounds will be added to the library.
