Version two of the Brickfilms festival will take place in Uppsala, Sweden on the 24th and 25th of october. The films will be shown twice, in two different theaters. The festival is now also in touring mode so if you want it to come to where you live – drop me a line. We can make it happen.

If someone wanted to sell DVDs of their work at the festival, would they be able to? I don’t want to because I don’t have anything worth buying, but if someone did.

Sure! No problem. I actually thought about that. Your own DVD’s or Brickfilms’ releases, it’s all fine by me. I guess we’ll have to price them so that we’re not making any profit of them (at least not as far as the police is concerned). Kinda like when bands sell tees after concerts.
I will try and document this as much as possible too, with images and video so that you guys can see what it was like once it’s over and done.

All films are welcome regardless of length. 8) As long as they’re not feature length, that is.

Well, if you wanted, you could use my film “The Snowman” as an inbetweener, but it is short, and I still need my HBM back up (*COUGH*please LJ!*COUGH*) before I can get a high quality version.
Cmon guys, don’t be shy, I know you’ve made some great films! Suggest ‘em.

Ouch, dude! A bit late. I’ll take it next year if I do this again. 
If there’s anyone with or without a film on the bill come festival time who wants to sell some DVD’s or whatever, just let me know. You’ll have to send them to me by mail of course but I’ll be glad to put them on display for you. And I won’t charge anything for it of course. This will be completely non-profit. And proceeds will be eaten up by costs or donated to…uhm…me.

If possible, it would be cool to have the audience vote for their favourite movie in each category, too. Then we could send awards made from lego to each winner. 8)
