If there is a group of people Lech, Then won’t everyone need to have the same minifigs?

Yes, that would be a drawback, because constantly shipping the same minifigs back and forth wouldn’t help either.

Who says the people have to be minifigs? They can be like in Robota, a group of robot civilians.

That’s an interesting idea. However, these characters will probably be much harder to animate than minifigs, if they’re anything like the robots in Robota, and keeping their design consistent with multiple animators might be hard.

Well, how about this, shots of the “civilian” robots are not seen including the room shots and the room shots are done by whoever. Only a few shots of both civilian and room shot together are needed. Just throwing it out there, don’t have to go in this direction. RP conceived the project, unless he wants someone else to, he runs it.

Perhaps there will be no tour. It’s just machines working but I think there could be robot supervisors in some rooms. The robots would be built differently from the room to show it’s ‘alive’.

I have a joke for that concept: In one of the rooms, the robot “guard” sits down and has a cup of coffee.

I guess it’s time to see who would be a potential animator. If you were going to take part in this film and you were given a room to build and animate in what function would you like that room to have? The room could be part of the painting process, modeling process and any other process.

Above all these scenes additional animators may be needed to film exterior scenes if we will be having any i.e. a scene where the new bricks are being loaded onto a delivery van.

Well, I guess I would like the molding process.

I should have stated. I think main processes should be broken down into a few rooms. Say the painting could be spraying the bricks with a spray that makes it paint-able, then mixing the paint and then spreading the paint over bricks. If a main process was to only get one room it may not let much animators take part.

Still post what you would like to do and we can see what can be done.

Well, then, how about molding is split into (a) melting the old bricks, (b) placing the melted plastic into molds, and (c) the final molding, as in cooling the molded bricks with fans and such.
