I would say that Pierre is simply keeping the Mac users of the community updated with Apple related news. His sigs are never blindingly attention seeking, unlike some whopping huge ones which have flashy images with obscure colours.

I was thing of threads like this when you mention viral advertising.

In my defence:
My sig is not a flashy image (by that I mean it does not have flickering lights which will cause epilectic fits)
My sig also does not use obscure colours. Red, white, black and blue. Simple, not obscure.

There are plenty of other good parties at this point, and this one has been closed – so just to get these elections back in order a bit. I’m going to make sure that closed parties stay closed.

Closing and reopening parties just shows that your party isn’t strong enough to stand on it’s own. There’s plenty of awesome parties to join right now.
