Make it as big as you can. It’s easy to render it to a smaller size. It’s hard to render it up in size and still have it look good.

I don’t mind having to wait a bit longer if it’s going to be worth it. If your movie is going to be good, make it big. If it is gonna be horrible, make it small, so nobody wastes time. So, even if it’s horrible, nobody can get mad at you for making it too big.
But, I think that your movie will probably be pretty good, so go ahead and make it big! :wink

Why not make it in both 640×480 and 320×240?

Then you could have a version for dial-up users and faster cable modems.
However, if you are only going to make one version, It should definitely be in the larger size.

I’d first film it at a larger size, then you can decide later whether you want to release it large, small, or both.

Don’t make it any smaller than 320×240 however (or 320×180 widescreen).
