I’m looking for some nice tungsten light bulbs that don’t put out an orange yellowish color for desk lamp. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Tungsten light bulbs have an inherently orangesh color to the brightness they cast. You can get incandescent bulb that attempt to right for this, essentially by tinting the glass blue.

I use LED light bulbs. For me, they work well. Most all of my films have been made using my LEDs, and the only light flicker I have noticed is from not having my camera in fully auto.

I use mostly LEDs for lights in my films, because I didn’t want to have to worry about bulbs burning out, as well as I like that they don’t warm up.

I utilize two LED lamps and a regular incandescent lamp to make a combination of light. I’ve used only LED lamp to light a set before, it looks good, but I prefer mixing the light.
